Shipping Policy

STANDARD SHIPPING PROMOTION

All orders of $70 USD or more are eligible for free standard shipping.

For orders below $70 USD, Standard Shipping is available for $5.99 USD.

Priority Insured Shipping is available for $9.99 USD, regardless of order value.

Standard or Economy Shipping takes an average of 8-15 business days after dispatch and is shipped via a courier selected by OLIQVO.

Priority Insured Shipping takes an average of 7-10 business days after dispatch and is shipped via a courier selected by OLIQVO.

Processing Times

Shipping operations are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Once an order is submitted and received by us, processing normally takes 1-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day. Transit time begins after the package leaves our facility.

Shipping estimates shown at checkout are displayed in business days and do not include weekends, public holidays, customs delays, or our internal processing time.

Some items may require an additional 2-3 business days of processing. Any additional lead time will be clearly identified on the relevant product page before purchase.

HOLIDAY Processing Times

Due to high order volume, severe weather, customs checks, or other carrier disruptions during the holiday season, delivery delays may occur. Please order early if delivery is required by a specific date.

International Orders, Duties and Taxes

OLIQVO ships to supported destinations worldwide. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Your order may ship in multiple packages depending on the quantity, size, availability, or fulfillment location of the items.
